How do I retrieve my Singpass / Custom login password / reset my password if I have forgotten it?

To retrieve and reset your Singpass password, click on the ’Login with Singpass button’ followed by ‘Forgot Singpass ID’ or ‘Reset Password’ at the password login page.   

To retrieve and reset your custom login password, click on the reset password or forgot your password link under the ‘Enter’ button.

Why does my login session still remains after I clicked on the Logoff button?

If you are using web browsers like Firefox or Netscape other than Internet Explorer, you will need to close the browser to complete the logoff process.
